Impact Exchange runs as Trac B Exchange

Las Vegas Harm Reduction Center

We welcome people of all genders, races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations to participate in our program; come in and speak to our trained, non-judgmental staff; ask any questions you may have while getting registered. You do not need an ID to utilize our syringe exchange. Harm reduction supplies, Narcan/Naloxone and vending cards are provided at no cost to you. Ask about other harm reduction products we have, such as  Fentanyl test strips, safer sex products and more.

Trac-B Exchange operates the first storefront Harm Reduction supply exchange (needle exchange) in Southern Nevada. The operation of this program was made possible by Nevada Senate Bill 410 which became effective in July of 2013. That bill allows Trac-B to provide sterile hypodermic devices to reduce the transmission of disease.

We are focused on ensuring the health of everyone in Southern Nevada. Trac-B Exchange is the storefront site committed to providing on site consulting to the community for infectious disease prevention and harm reduction surrounding syringe use and disposal. Our harm reduction program provides a balanced approach to a healthy lifestyle.

We welcome you to come in and explore our harm reduction programs. There are benefits to this program that you will enjoy as one of our valued participants. Our professional staff are committed to offering high quality, client-centered services.
