Naloxone is a life saving medication that can be given to a person during an opiate overdose. Its very important to have naloxone on hand if you or someone you know is at risk of an opiate overdose. Opiates include heroin and derivatives of it. Anyone can get trained on how to administer naloxone here at Trac-B Exchange. The education portion takes about 20 minutes to complete and you will leave with naloxone, free of charge. No appointment is needed, just some form of identification. You can also access Naloxone in each one of our 6 vending machines.
